Magdalena ECKE FAMILY YMCA ADVENTURE CLUBS
One of the largest programs the YMCA offers, Adventure Clubs nurtures relationships between parent and child through camping and other outdoor activities, creating memories that will last a lifetime! Weekend activities may include a camp out in the desert, mountains, beaches and even Catalina Island. All new participants must belong to
a nation and tribe to register for the events. Call an Adventure Clubs Coordinator to join a tribe today.
U.S.S Midway Bonus Events: Guides (10/7/16); Princesses (3/24/17); Moms & Sons (3/4/17):
Imagine spending a night in the Navy on the longest-serving aircraft carrier in U.S. Navy history! Now you have this opportunity to join other Adventure Guide dads and sons on this bonus event. This event is battle tested and kid approved! This one-night program begins on Friday at 4:30 pm and includes a Navy-style dinner, interactive activities, exploration of the flight deck, and Midway tours. You will have a hearty Navy breakfast on Saturday before disembarking at 9:30 am on Saturday. More information will follow to all those registered. Two programs: younger kids (ages 5-7) & older kids (ages 8 & up).

Trail Blazers or Mates is the place for you. There are challenging and adventurous outings and activities for all. The program helps strengthen the bond between father and your "tween/teen". You are welcome to participate in the Trail Program and your current Guides/Princess Nation if you choose.

We're open for business! You may call or come in to the Y to register for the upcoming 2016-2017 Adventure Clubs Program! The Adventure Clubs Program has a group for YOU! Parents and their children (5 years old & older) may choose from our various groups: Guides, Princesses, Y-Explorers. If you have an older son or daughter (ages 12 and older), Trail Blazers and Trail Mates is for you. If you would like to know more about spending quality camping time with your children, give us a call. We are happy to place you in this popular program!

The following Code of Conduct has been established for Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA Adventure Club programs.
Scholarships Scholarships are available to the extent possible through generous contributions from friends, families and fundraising events (Dreamcatcher Campaign). Financial Scholarships may be used for the Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA Adventure Clubs Program. Both members and non-members are encouraged to apply.
