Designed for participants looking for a total workout that strengthens
the spirit and mind, as well as the body. The instructor will guide you
through a workout that teaches correct technique and form to maximize

Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, NIA, Somatics® and flexibility classes. These classes are designed to strengthen your spirit, mind and body.
Attire is comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes. Medical clearance may be required for those with recent or chronic health matters.
