    Kids' Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu  
   

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor, Steve Neklia, is a
ranked black belt in the discipline.


Kids’ Beginner (4- 14 yrs): This is a beginning class for all students. In this class, students will learn the basic
bully-proof positions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu using a variety of unique drills and games. Perfect for girls and boys.


Kids’ Intermediate/Advanced (4- 14 yrs):
Students
need to qualify for this class. Along with reinforcing basic
positions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, students will be taught how to defuse potentially dangerous situations. If signing up for Int./Adv. class, please call (760) 942-9622, ext. 1570 for pre-placement.

through instructor. Private lessons are a good way for
students to work on areas of difficulty and enhance
existing skills. To schedule, please call the program

Tai Chi

Tai Chi restores the spirit of vitality, tranquility and serenity through the release of tension. With ongoing participation, the completed Tai Chi ”form” provides improved health, posture, leg strength, physical condition, coordination, balance, flexibility, breathing technique and energy flow. Danzan Ryu

Instructor Peter Sweeny is a third degree Black Belt in DanZan Ryu.

DanZan Ryu JuJitsu, or Hawaiian Island style, is now being offered three nights a week! This unique form is a very effective self defense system. It offers a healing side to it known as Seifukujitsu, a 1500-year-old healing method from Japan. Adults, both male and female, can work their way to a black belt by learning a coherent system
of techniques in a safe, fun and disciplined environment.


Grounded in the Hawaiian spirit of Kokua (service) and Aloha (hello, welcome) every student finds and develops their potential thereby finding great satisfaction in learning this NO KA OI (very best) martial art! Click here for a flyer.
