Deep water aerobics is a powerful non-impact workout.
Enjoy lots of fun movement using the unique resistance of the water. Floatation belts are available for buoyancy, and resistance tools will also be used. This great workout is easy on the joints!

You can get a good solid aerobic workout in the pool! Water Fitness moves your body and pumps your heart without putting undue strain on your joints. Whether you are young or old, perfectly healthy or recovering from an injury, extremely fit or just beginning, the pool is a great place for
you. Water Fitness is a wonderful prenatal workout, too.


Our Water Fitness classes are open to participants 14 years and older.
The classes are free to members. There is no need to sign up, just come on in! Non-members are required to purchase a $10 day use pass at the Courtesy Counter before attending
class.


A NOTE ON ETIQUETTE:

We ask that all participants pay attention to the instructor and refrain from extended conversations during class. This allows all participants the
opportunity to enjoy a good workout.

 
     
 

Active Older Adults Swim

Active Older Adults 50+ years will enjoy one or two hours of swim time. Participants are welcome to use the pool equipment. We do not provide any instruction during this time.

This program is designed for the physically and mentally challenged. Participants 8 years and older are coached through a swim workout designed to promote physical
fitness and confidence. This program is free of charge to both members and non-members.
