You can get a good solid aerobic workout in the pool! Water
Fitness moves your body and pumps your heart without
putting undue strain on your joints. Whether you are
young or old, perfectly healthy or recovering from an injury,
extremely fit or just beginning, the pool is a great place for
you. Water Fitness is a wonderful prenatal workout, too.
Our Water Fitness classes are open to participants 14 years
and older.
The classes are free to members. There is no need to sign up,
just come on in! Non-members are required to purchase a
$10 day use pass at the Courtesy Counter before attending
class.
A NOTE ON ETIQUETTE:
We ask that all participants
pay attention to the instructor and refrain from extended
conversations during class. This allows all participants the
opportunity to enjoy a good workout.
