This program provides pool time to participants 14 years of age and older who are looking for a coached workout. Strong swimmers desiring time for an extra workout are also invited to attend. Participants will work on improving strokes, speed and endurance.
Members and non-members must register for this class. Monthly registration can be done with the registration desk, and the drop in fees are to be paid at Courtesy Counter 1.
