    Gravity Training  
   

Gravity training systems maximize efficiency, time and effect of your work outs. Gravity delivers a complete combination of strength, flexibility in a 40 minute small group setting.

Gravity is a cable pulley system with a rolling glide board that has calibrated levels of incline. This unique system puts body weight against gravity for resistance that provides intensity, depending on your ability.

FEES:

Small-group, 40-minute classes
Member: $20
Participant: $25 (non-members pay a additional $10 day use fee)
Private sessions, 55 minutes
Participant: $36 - $50
(depending on amount purchased)

Purchase 10 sessions and receive a $30. price break. Purchase sessions at the registration desk.
