WHAT IS THE R.I.T.E. TRACK?
A flexible, 4-session small group training program that teaches cardiovascular training principles, dumbbell circuit training and effective core exercises. The R.I.T.E. Track gives you great tools to use in your hour long workout.
WHERE IS IT LOCATED?
Participants meet downstairs in the Strength Training Center.
WHO TEACHES IT?
A Nationally Certified Personal Trainer
WHO IS IT FOR?
New or existing members ready to jump start their fitness program and incorporate new modalities. *People with health issues may require a medical clearance.
IS THERE A FEE?
The R.I.T.E. TRACK is included in your membership. No sign-up is necessary, just meet at the Strength Training Center desk at the designated time.
WHEN IS IT?
Participants meet every Tuesday from 5:30pm–6:30pm for the entire month. *It is recommended that participants begin the first Tuesday of the month
