Group exercise classes for Active Older Adults (55+ yrs) help improve your fitness level as you strengthen, stretch and increase your aerobic capacity. We have classes for new exercisers, as well as seasoned participants.
   
   
     
Age/level: Classes are geared toward participants 55+ yrs, although all ages are welcome to join.  
     
Ideal for: Designed for participants 55+ yrs looking for a fun group fitness workout.
